Hi, I’m talen -

An embodiment guide and mentor supporting people through periods of transition, collapse, and recalibration. My work centers on nervous system stability, self-trust, and helping people rebuild from the inside out when life no longer fits the old way.

WORK WITH ME

My Approach

These three pillars — Body, Mind, and Spirit — form the foundation of the work inside Kaha Collective. Each one opens a different doorway into your healing, and together they create a holistic path back to your most authentic self. This framework ensures your transformation is not just understood intellectually, but embodied, integrated, and aligned on every level of your being.

body:

Your body remembers what your mind forgets. It holds your stories, your patterns, your wounds, and your wisdom.

mind:

Your mind is powerful but it’s not meant to lead alone. This pillar brings clarity, conscious awareness, and liberation from outdated narratives.

spirit:

This is the doorway back to the deepest part of you. Not in a distant, mystical sense but in the grounded, intimate knowing that you are connected, guided, and held.

MY JOURNEY

MY JOURNEY ✖️

A man with dark hair, wearing a black t-shirt and black pants, stands barefoot in front of a large tree with sprawling branches and roots, in a park or garden setting with greenery and a white decorative wall in the background.

Talen is a trauma-informed embodiment guide and mentor who helps people rebuild their inner foundation after major upheaval. In essence, he helps people make meaning out of their experiences. Drawing from his own journey through collapse and rebirth, he supports clients navigating burnout, identity shifts, nervous system dysregulation, emotional crisis and spiritual transitions.

Trained in several modalities around the world including yoga, psyche kinesiology, fascia work, Gene Keys, subconscious reprogramming and inner child work, Talen blends emotional resilience, embodiment, and practical integration to guide others through profound transformation. His steady, direct, and compassionate approach helps people reconnect with their inner selves, release old patterns, and rebuild lives aligned with their true identity. Their soul calling.

Talen’s mission is to walk beside others through life’s turning points, showing that what feels like an ending is often the beginning of coming home to yourself.

FAQs

  • KAHA Circle is a membership community designed to support your mental, emotional, physical, financial, and intuitive growth. You receive daily messages, weekly calls, monthly workshops, and a supportive community of people who are evolving just like you. It’s a place to grow into a more grounded, sovereign, confident version of yourself — with support instead of doing it alone.

  • Every week you’ll receive messages with a grounding reminder, emotional reframe, practical prompt, or supportive affirmation. These messages help keep you centered, consistent, and connected — even on tough days. They’re meant to gently guide you back to yourself.

  • No problem at all. All calls are recorded and uploaded into the KAHA Resource Library. You can watch them anytime. Many members participate just through the replays and still feel deeply connected and supported.

  • Never. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels safe and comfortable for you. Some members love sharing, while others prefer to listen and absorb. Both are welcome. This is a judgment-free, pressure-free space.

  • We felt the same way at first. This space was created for the ones who never truly felt like they belonged anywhere. You can move at your own pace, participate as much or as little as you want, and you will never be pressured to show up before you’re ready. You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

  • Membership is completely free to join. If you want access to deeper content such as the live guest workshops, it is $22/month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime with no fees, no contracts, and no questions asked. If you ever want to return, you’re welcome back.

  • This is what it’s for! Many people join KAHA Circle during seasons of change, uncertainty, or emotional heaviness. This community provides grounding, clarity, support, and tools to help you navigate whatever you’re facing with more strength and stability.

  • We designed KAHA Circle to feel like a “no-brainer.” The weekly support, live calls, monthly workshops, community connection, and resource library together carry the value of a much higher-priced program — but the heart of this space is accessibility. We want people to have a home for their growth that doesn’t create financial stress. It is completely free to join and optional if you want to dive deeper.
